Advisory Program

The purpose of Advisory is to make sure each student has one teach they know is their advocate-making sure their learning needs are being met, encouraging them to make good choices, and help set goals for their future.

Advisory focuses on helping students develop skills to manage their learning, realize goals, develop and retain healthy relationships, understand their place in the world, etc.

Our Advisory uses on social-emotional learning curriculum. Social and emotional learning (SEL) is the process through which children and adults understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.

SAGE Advisors act as the students go-to person. Advisors work with the student to develop their ILP (Individual Learning Plan), track their progress, and communicate with family.
