Three Rivers Parks: Outdoor Youth Crew
The Outdoor Youth Crew is a fun, hands-on way for youth ages 12-18 to gain leadership skills, experience personal growth and develop outdoor skills. Program participants will serve as assistants at summer camps, guiding young campers in a wide variety of outdoor recreation, nature, and history exploration activities. Summer camps may include fishing, archery, cooking, paddle sports, group and historical games, survival skills, crafts, animal care and much more.

Cities United Youth Leadership
The Cities United Community Service course is online and focuses on teaching the foundational concepts of system change as well as practical, contemporary innovations in leadership and public participation during today’s challenging times.
This is a dynamic course that will offer leadership development involving a diversified learning approach of virtual classroom, community meetings, interviews and experiential learning coupled with opportunities for mentorship, coaching and feedback.
The overarching question we will explore during this course is, what is needed for Brooklyn Park to be a thriving community inspiring pride where opportunities exist for all?
